Ericka is from the Kansas City area and grew up in Shawnee. I played AAU basketball from grade school into my high school years at Shawnee Mission Northwest. While I was at SMNW I played jv/varsity all 4 years and my team was the first girls basketball team to win the class 6A State Championship for our school. Over the years at Northwest
Ericka is from the Kansas City area and grew up in Shawnee. I played AAU basketball from grade school into my high school years at Shawnee Mission Northwest. While I was at SMNW I played jv/varsity all 4 years and my team was the first girls basketball team to win the class 6A State Championship for our school. Over the years at Northwest, I helped facilitate several clinics for the youth in our community. Right now I am currently seeking a degree in Elementary Education at KU and I am very excited to take on a coaching role this summer!

She has experience coaching multiple grade levels, both boys and girls. She has been coaching for 4 years during her time playing at Marquette, specializing in grade school to middle school athletes.
